EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

We do our best to offer the best quality of our products.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately by email at info@bookishplayroom.com so that we can provide assistance.

In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your products, send us back your  item(s) within 7 days upon your purchase to the address provided by us, together with the receipt reference. The returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it and must be in full original packaging. The shipping costs shall be borne by customers. 

As a proof of return, provide us your courier document. No refund/ exchange can be made without receiving the returned item(s) and courier document supporting.

Once we have received the returned items in its original condition, the charges will be credited to you. 

Please take note that each piece of wooden toy has grains and marks that are natural. Any used, incomplete, and/ or sale items are cannot be returned.
